VN Residence 3 is our 5th project in Thailand. The condominium have an amazing location along Prathumnak Road Soi 5 on Jomtien. This is a quiet and peaceful area, and only a small walk from the beach. The condominium will have total 53 apartments spread over 7 floors as well as basement parking lot, and common area with swimming pool, gym and relaxing zone on the roof.

The Standard

Building Construction:
Apartment building with a total of 53 apartments spread over 7 floors as well as basement parking lot and common area with swimming pool, gym and relaxing zone at the roof.

The building is expected completed in 2014. The foundation is supported by piling. Most of the building structures are of reinforced concrete and tensile concrete elements. Indoor walls and partitions are of lightweight concrete masonry brick walls with tiles in the bathrooms. Concrete facades are painted. The elevator in the building goes from the basement to the roof.

Our architects and engineers have worked hard to meet our requirements for VN Residence 3 The goal we have worked for is that VN Residence 3 will appear elegant, modern, convenient and of high quality. This, we feel that we have been able to solve. This is reflected in the choice of materials, technology and the smart layouts.
