VN Residence 2 is located on of Jomtien’s best locations centrally placed within the Prathumnak area. Translated from Thai language Prathumnak means “The Royal Palace”. The area got this name because the Royal Family has a Residence here. This is the most fashionable and quiet area in the whole Pattaya/ Jomtien region. The nicest beach in Jomtien is only a few steps away. If you are a “golfer” you have a 9-hole golf course as your nearest neighbour, but better than that – you can find at least 10 golf courses within an area of only approximately 1 hour’s drive from the Residence and many more in the surrounding areas.

Pattaya city centre with all its facilities is only a 5 minutes trip away with car. The city centre has during the last years undergone major changes, and has now become an “in” location not only for tourists, but also for the Bangkok residents. This is due to the great shopping possibilities and restaurants, the bustling night life, the street stalls as well as the various animal and amusement/ leisure parks located nearby and in the district. Jomtien is only a little more than an hour’s drive from the International Airport outside Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi), and it is already decided that a new high-speed railway will be built from the airport that will make Jomtien even more central and faster accessed.

How to Find:
The Residence has access from public streets. Drive down Soi 5 of Prathumnak Rd., and when the street divides into two; keep on to right hand side. Shortly after you will see a golf course on the right side, drive 50 meter more and VN Residence 2 is located on left side. The building is marked with signs.

The Residence Plot:
Total plot area is 1,748m2. The plot has a lawn with beautiful planting of palms, hedges and flowers. The building and plot are adapted for wheel chair users.

The property is connected to the Municipality pipeline network via private branching pipelines.

Parking:
There is a garage in the basement with good parking space. It is also possible to park on the street.

Building Construction:
Apartment building with a total of 37 apartments and 4 commercial premises spread over 6 floors as well as basement parking lot. The building was completed in summer 2012. The foundation is supported by piling. Most of the building structures are of reinforced concrete and tensile concrete elements. Indoor walls and partitions are of lightweight concrete masonry brick walls with tiles in the bathrooms. Concrete facades are painted and the roof with roof tiles. The elevator in the building goes from the basement to the top floors.

Rental:
It is possible to rent out the apartments. There's reception in the building that currently is run by Villa Norway Services Co., Ltd. that offers apartment rental service, and housemaid, laundry, janitor and transport services. All apartment owners can make use of these services if desired.
